Selling and negotiation
This two to three hour workshop is based around the ‘MarketPlace’ game which develops crucial communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Participants will learn to identify the features of a product or service and how to communicate this to potential customers. To achieve this, they will need to form an understanding of customer needs and how to meet them with benefits.
Players first split into teams, with one team ‘selling’ an on-line restaurant reservation system – the other team becoming potential ‘buyers’ of the service. The game requires players to deploy the negotiating skills required to raise / overcome objections. At the half way point the two teams swap roles, and attempt the opposite transaction.
Buying and selling skills are critical components of business success, and this game is the most fun way possible to learn.
